Comparative analysis of the quality of roasted sunflower seeds from different manufacturing companies

The article presents the results of the study on comparative rating of labeling quality, consumer characteristics and indicators of roasted sunflower seeds safety. It’s found out that labeling details of such trademarks as “Russian walnut”, “Orekhomania”, “Genie” must be improved by producers and as for the seeds, they should be sorted out from peanut kernels (“Russian walnut” and “Orekhomania”), husks and poor-quality sunflower seeds (“Genie”). The safety indicators of the examined products are complied with Sanitary Regulations and Norms (SanPiN) 2.3.2.1078-01.
