Comparative assessment of quantitative definition of apronitine by several methods

During parallel study, in experimental series of drugs which were manufactured in the course of full cycle of Apronitine technology, content of active component and its inhibiting activity in several units was measured in comparison of the analog drugs: Contrical (Germany) and Ingitril (Russia). The aim was to dose Apronitine in ATpE instead of ED. It is concluded that using the given method is possible while improving technologic scheme.
