Rather-legal analysis of forms of parliamentary control in current context: international and Russian experience

The article is examined contemporary international legal experience of parliamentary control from the position of the need to further develop the key provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation on this area. The author proposes priority directions of practical use and application of analyzed experience in contemporary Russian conditions, as well as it is concluded that the institution of parliamentary control is positioned as one of the most essential conditions of the Russian parliamentarism development.
