Comparative legal analysis of the russian and german legislation regulating relations in the information sphere

Abstract The article devoted to a comparison of information legislation of Germany and the Russian Federation area. A comparison is an analysis in order to identify commonalities and distinguishing features of these systems. The article also highlights the usefulness of the comparative analysis and the emphasis on the importance of the use of Russian in some of the features of information legislation in Germany.
