Comparative legal analysis of juvenile criminal liability in Russia and the USA

This article examines the features of the criminal liability of minors in Russia and the United States, the age limits of criminal liability, the specifics of judicial procedures, types of punishments and the tasks of criminal justice in relation to minors in the two countries. The work allows us to conclude that the criminal justice system for minors in Russia is generally more flexible and takes into account the individual circumstances of each case.
