The results of comparative study on the relationship of value orientation and direction of personality of teachers of different age and experience of teaching. It is shown that the corresponding stages of professional development is accompanied by specific dynamics of value orientations and direction of individual teachers. We have revealed the dynamics of priority of the locus of value orientations of teachers and its relationship with professional activities.
