Comparative analysis of anatomical terminology and its equivalents in Latin, Russian and English

This article is devoted to a comparative analysis of Latin anatomical terms and their equivalents in English and Russian. During the study, various anatomical terms were analyzed, the main methods of translation were identified, and their similarities and differences were identified. The article also touches upon the main method of translation - transliteration. Attention is drawn to Latin anatomical terms and borrowings that have and do not have synonyms in Russian and English. In conclusion, the relevance of the presence of the Latin language in our life is emphasized.
