Comparative analysis of a bank deposit agreement and a bank account agreement

In this article, the author conducts a comparative analysis of bank deposit and bank account agreements; the names of the parties are determined in the bank deposit and bank account agreements; provides general and distinctive features of bank deposit and bank account agreements; the legislative gap on the mandatory written form of the bank account agreement is determined; a proposal is formed to improve the current legislation of the Russian Federation; the results are summed up.
