In experiment on rats males of Vistar line the influence of calcitriol on renal manifestations of intoxication by ammonium molybdate at intragastric and subcutaneous introduction was investigated. It is revealed that intragastral introduction of ammonium molybdate to rats with model of experimental D 3 hypervitaminosis caused more expressed changes of water-excretory renal function and a proteinuria concerning animals with the isolated metal introduction, and at parenteral introduction of metal against hypercalcotriol the speed of glomerular filtration rate was normalized, the excretion of protein didn't differ from group of animals with the isolated subcutaneous introduction of metal. Essential distinctions in effects of intragastral and parenteral introduction of xenobiotic against a hypercalcemia it isn't revealed.
