This article presents a comparative analysis of existing project management methodologies used in the field of software development. Approaches such as the waterfall model, Agile, Scrum and Kanban are considered, with an emphasis on their advantages and disadvantages in various development contexts. The analysis includes aspects of flexibility, speed of response tochanges, teamwork and risk management. The research is based on practical experience and opinions of specialists, as well as on available data on completed projects. The results of the article canserve as a basis for choosing the most appropriate methodology, depending on the specifics of theproject and the needs of the customer.
