Comparative analysis of project management methodologies in software development

This article presents a comparative analysis of existing project management methodologies used in the field of software development. Approaches such as the waterfall model, Agile, Scrum and Kanban are considered, with an emphasis on their advantages and disadvantages in various development contexts.
