The article deals with the features of the new Federal state educational standards of higher education (FSES HE) of bachelor training 44.03.05 Pedagogical Education (with two specializations). It presents the analysis of the changes in the structure and contents of the basic educational program and new requirements to the quality of training of graduates in the conditions of the programme implementation.
