Comparative analysis of the organization of public purchases in the Russian Federation and the USA

This article discusses the features of the organization of public procurement in Russia and the United States. In particular, the features of legislative regulation are investigated, the range of subjects involved in state and municipal procurement is determined, a comparative analysis of the contractual system of these countries is given. Relevant conclusions have been made regarding ways to increase the efficiency of public procurement in the Russian Federation.
