The relevance of the study is to study and conduct a comparative analysis of the process of organizing inclusive education in foreign countries and its application in Kazakhstan. This study deserves special attention, as the results of the study may allow us to use the productive experience of inclusion in Kazakhstan conditions. As a result of the study, the author gave a comparative analysis of trends in the development of inclusive education abroad and in Kazakhstan, which showed that there are common features in the development of inclusion, such as pedagogical management technologies, technologies for providing services to meet the special educational needs of atypical children, technologies for democratizing social support networks for atypical children in integrated classrooms, technologies of tutor support, as well as certain shortcomings in the practice of Kazakhstan - lack of teachers in the staff of general educational institutions, low awareness of teachers about how to teach in inclusive classes, low level of teaching and technical equipment, low level of school teachers about active learning, etc. All this indicates the formation of the process of organizing inclusive education with certain obstacles and shortcomings.
