Comparative study of professional identity in various professional groups

The article presents the results of the study dealing with the professional identity, being in professional demand, values of workers of construction occupations. These variables are considered as personal subjective resources of workers, helping to overcome the crisis period in the construction industry. The obtained results can be useful in development of the corporate learning environment, which favours development of system thinking.
