Comparative analysis of existing practice of quality management formation of educational activities at Russian higher education institutions

At present one of the leading factors providing high-quality education is availability of an operating system of quality management of educational activities at institutions of higher education. The article gives a comparative analysis of formation experience of such systems in different Russian universities. It discovers general and specific characteristics of this process, gives recommendations for development of systems of quality management in educational institutions.
