The study of language material and application of knowledge in practice often varies, it happens because of native speakers say based on the inherent skills and norms of the native language, using grammatical constructions unconsciously and most importantly, they have the intuitive, natural knowledge, when due to socio-cultural differences for English learners is peculiar more conscious choice of linguistic material, other approaches to the implementation of speech, which, may be due to the influence of the native language. This fact sometimes leads to a mismatch of the use of ways of rendering modality in the speech by the native speaker and the learner of English.
