The paper evaluated the effectiveness of middle lobectomy for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) compared with lobectomy and other bilobektomiey. Five-year survival was higher in bilobektomii - 74.9%, than in the middle lobectomy - 64.1% and other lobectomy - 62.0%. Implementation of systematic lymphadenectomy resulted in a decrease in the number of intrathoracic relapses. Preference in the surgical treatment of NSCLC with the defeat of the average share should be given to breast-conserving surgery (middle lobectomy, bilobektomiya) with the implementation of a mandatory systematic lymphadenectomy.. Key words: non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), surgery, lobectomy average, systematic lymph node dissection.
