The environment approach to the education of preschool children

The article presents theoretical and methodological analysis of the evolution of ideas about learning resources of social environment in child's upbringing. The essence and peculiarities of the environment approach implementation in preschool education is reviewed. Based on the analysis of the Federal State Standard of Preschool Education the author postulates the leading role of the environment in the personal development of preschoolers. The fundamental principles of how to prepare the learning environment in preschool organization are discussed. The system of interrelated components of kindergarten learning environment is presented. The author believes it is necessary to study the environment as a pedagogical phenomenon and to modify the content of its main components.
