Surrounding environment approach to health protection of schoolchildren: problems and prospects

The article examines the essence of a health protecting environment and its functions. Authors’ definition of the above environment is presented, its structure is discussed. Authors underscore the perspectivity of the link between the surrounding environment and activity-based approaches in practice of schoolchildren’s healthcare protection.
