The authors considers the main means of expression in school Bell canto such as the recitation, the tempo, articulation, ornaments, cantilena elements. They stresses that under the «Bell canto» should be understood historically specific type Opera intonation, formed in Italy in the closest cooperation composer and vocal performer's creative activity. Means the embodiment of musical images are musical sounds, organized in a certain way. The basic elements of music (her expressive means or her musical language) is melody, harmony, meter, rhythm, harmony, dynamics, tone, etc. Rant essentially there making music in it (melodeclamation - even in the literal sense). The tempo was dictated by passion, genre composition, peculiarities of the ornament, was connected with the character of the music. Articulation obeyed then accepted rules of aktsentirovanie and ligatures. The most important parameter musical-expressive component Baroque model was melodic and rhythmic vocal ornamentation.
