The SSR-analysis of microsatellite loci polymorphisms of the nuclear genome of 16 sunflower CMS-lines (breeding lines of Donskaya experimental station) was resulted in the determination of 35 alleles. For each genotype, allelic formula was made; it can be used as molecular-genetic passport of each genotype. UPGMA-dendrogram reflecting the genetic similarity between the studied lines was constructed on the results of microsatellite analysis.
