SSR and SCAR geno-typing of collection of local sunflower breeding samples, resistant and susceptible to Orobanche cumana Wallr. of race E

With the help of 3 SSR and 3 SCAR loci 32 sunflower genotypes of VNIIMK collection, resistant and susceptible to broomrape of race E, were genotyped. Sunflower samples with contrast allelic SSR and SCAR loci among the resistant and susceptible to broomrape of race E were revealed, which will help to mark the gene Or5 in the material of local breeding. Discriminatory potential of this molecular system had manifested itself as not high. The average number of alleles for a locus made 2.3. The value of the effective number of alleles varied from 1.50 in the locus RTS 40 to 2.43 in RTS28, with an average value 1.70. The values PIC ranged from 0.17 in locus RTS40 to 0.59 in RTS28. The average value of the index of polymorphic informational content for the studied genotypic group was 0.39. The uniqueness of the collection made 59 %.
