Biological properties of vaccinating AUF strain and listeria pathogenic strains were studied after long period of storage in lyophilized form and semi-liquid agar. Preserving the viability of listeria was shown during storage in lyophilized form with nitrogen within 25 years and in fluid forms within 6-7 years without significant changes of main properties.
