Stages and phases of post-penitential probation proceedings in relation to persons being released or released from places of imprisonment

The article examines the point of view of scientists on the place of proceedings in the structure of the legal process; it is suggested that the structure of the criminal enforcement process includes criminal enforcement proceedings; for the first time it has been indicated that post-penitentiary probation proceedings are independent criminal enforcement proceedings and consists of stage and phases; for the first time mandatory (basic) and additional (optional) stages and phases of post-penitentiary proceedings have been highlighted in respect of persons released or released from places of imprisonment; it is noted that the formulated proposals can be used in further scientific research of post-penitentiary probation in various fields of knowledge and implementation of interaction between subjects of post-penitentiary probation and other interested persons (organizations) in order to prevent recidivism.
