Standardization of taraxaci syrup as perspective herbal drug

Бесплатный доступ

Syrup series was produced with the use of Taraxaci tinctures (40% and 70% ethanol). Saccharose, fructose and sorbitol were used as the base of syrups. Taraxaci tinctures were added in amount of 5% and 10% by the weight of the syrup. Qualitative analysis of active substances was made by thin-layer chromatography and spectroscopy. Total phenols were determined by differential spectrophotometry. As a result, syrup with 70% Taraxaci tincture appears to be the most perspective herbal drug out of study.
