Standard working hours: historical, comparative legal aspects and directions of improvement

The purpose of this article is to analyze the current level of legal regulation of the regime of the working week and the regime of the working day on the basis of historical-legal, comparative-legal and formal-legal methods of knowledge. The study resulted in recommendations for amending the labor legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
