Formation and development of law enforcement agencies in the 19th century

Bstract: This article discusses the formation and development of law enforcement in the 19th century. The reforms carried out in this period of time, as well as their prerequisites are studied. The development of legislation regulating the organization and activities of the Ministry of internal Affairs is also considered.
