Evolvement and state of the public education system in Mordovia in the second half of XIX - beginning of XX century

The present article covers the theme of evolvement of the Russian public education system in Russia in respect to the Mordovsky Kray of the second half of the XIX - beginning of the XX century. The article reflects the long historical development of the system dependent upon the socio-economic and political conditions that shaped the state of the school education system in that specific period.
