The formation of youth creative work and initiative by means of students' self-administration

The process of the formation and development of students' self-administration in the teachers' training college is described. The author shows the structure of students' self-administration in its development, the content of work of each department. The work of each department is based on normative legal basis. Being the tutor of the department of social support the author gives the detailed description of its function, content, results, moral qualities of its members.
