The formation of political and legal concept of Russian liberalism

As is known, the nation can be historically stable and successful without a national idea. Statement of the problem is dictated by the absence at present in Russia consolidating national idea and national ideology that forms the value-ideological aspects ofthe attitudes and beliefs ofthe people. Appeal to the theoretical heritage of representatives of the liberal intelligentsia Russia XIX century and, above all, to the scientists of Moscow University, created a single scientific direction - state-legal school, helps to trace the process of folding and national peculiarities of liberalism. In the article the essence of the political and legal concept of Russian liberalism, and one of its directions - conservative liberalism. Special attention is paid to the ideas of N. N. Chicherin. Civilizational and cultural and historical specificity of Russia assumes the existence of spiritual and national-oriented basic social ideas, which should be laid dominant purpose to ensure the survival and development of the society. It seems that the conservative ideology of liberalism, with the idea of a combination of strong authority and the rule of law are fundamental in the process of formation of legal state in Russia.
