Formation of creative individuality of the student-director in the studio environment

The article deals with the problem of forming a director’s creative individuality in the studio environment. A studio with its unique environment encourages the formation of individuality, lifestyle and creativity. Creative individuality develops together with the studio community as an integral organism and goes through three stages: organizational, conflict, and forming. As a result, a learner acquires the basics of professional activity in the theater as well as the experience of social life and communication in the team.
