Important characteristics of the mini-loader operating process are vibration parameters. Increased vibration levels lead to stressful working conditions for the driver-operator, and in some cases are the cause of chronic occupational diseases. Therefore, studies of vibration characteristics are undoubtedly an important aspect of improving mini-loaders and enhancing their performance. There are three main modes of operation of mini-loaders: engine idle, loader movement mode, and load lifting. A significant share of vibration falls on the operator when the loader is moving. Therefore, in this paper, only the movement mode was considered. Since in reality the loader operates in all three modes, the overall level of vibration impact on the operator will be less significant. Note that the results of measuring the vibration charac- teristics of the loader may differ when replacing the operator's seat with another one or, for example, when changing the type of tires used. The experimental studies can help in conducting a comparative analysis of vibration analysis for loaders with different types of seats, tires, and other features. The subject of the research is vibration effects on the operator from the chair, since these effects are decisive for the implementation of comfortable working conditions for the operator. The article uses various methods of stati stical processing of information: descriptive statistics, methods of correlation analysis, multiple regression, cluster analysis, factor analysis, multidimensional scaling and others. The variety of methods used allowed us to describe in detail the vibration characteristics, give practical recommendations aimed at identifying the vibration features of the working conditions of the mini-loader operator, recommendations for reducing vibration effects. The obtained results are planned to be used in improving the designs of the mini-loader to improve its technical and operational characteristics.
