Statistical analysis of employment of population of working age in the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the employment of the working age population in various aspects: age, education level, gender structure. The study series showed the growth of employment among the specified population, a lower unemployment rate. At the same time, employment in the informal sector of the Russian economy is about 21% of the total workforce. The analysis shows the tension on the labour market and the need to adopt measures to create jobs in the regions and changes in the tax law.
