The paper presents a substantial description of communicative stereotypes (in speech and conduct) in the Buryats on the basis of a pilot study. In particular, the study has identified communicative signs being stereotypical of the Buryats’ conduct, and nuclear and peripheral signs of the Buryats’ communicative conduct as well.
