This article examines the stylistic features of dialogic and narrative speech in Chingiz Aitmatov's novellas "Jamila," "Face to Face," "The First Teacher," and "Mother's Field." The study aims to identify the specific interactions between dialogic and narrative structures, as well as their role in revealing the author's artistic intent. Particular attention is paid to the linguistic means that shape the writer's individual style, including syntactic constructions, lexical and semantic features, and elements of oral folk speech. The study found that dialogic speech in the author's works is highly expressive and closely resembles spoken language, which contributes to the psychological authenticity of the characters and enhances the emotional impact on the reader. Narrative speech, in turn, is characterized by lyricism, imagery, and philosophical depth, reflecting the author's worldview and national and cultural specifics. It is revealed that the organic combination of dialogue and narration ensures the dynamism of the plot and facilitates a deeper exploration of the characters' inner worlds. A characteristic feature of dialogic speech in Chingiz Aitmatov's works is the active use of colloquial syntactic forms, vocabulary with a distinct national and cultural connotation, and emotionally charged lines. This gives the characters' speech a natural, expressive, and persuasive quality, contributing to the effect of lively communication and enhancing the text's artistic authenticity. The research findings can be used in literary studies, stylistics, and the teaching of fiction. It is also noted that the author actively utilizes the contrast between the characters' internal and external speech, enhancing the narrative's drama. The intonational and rhythmic organization of the text also plays an important role, lending the works special expressiveness and artistic integrity.
