Stimulation of development of professional-moral motivation of professional activity of employees of internal affairs bodies

The article discusses the development of professional and moral motivation of employees in professional activity. Relying on domestic and foreign experience of research defined the concept of professional and moral motivation, classification of professional and moral motives of activity, methods of motivation.
