The work investigates the influence of stresses, caused by 12-hour immobilization of the mice of line Balb/c on system haematopoiesis and mesenchymal stem cells of the bone marrow. Extreme influence on development disadaptation of the bone marrow (haematopietic stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells). After leukocytes (1 day) in peripheral blood was the depression of the leuco-poiesis and decrease in total number of the myelokario-cytes in a bone marrow. Introduction of granulocyte colony stimulation factors in case of stress has a protective effect on the haemopoiesis. Granocyte can be used to as preventive means for persons subjected to frequent stresses and disadaptation.
