Strategic planning of innovative development the enterprises of SRI: indicators and methods

In this article the necessity of the innovative capacity reproduction of the space-rocket industry enterprises is considered. The most essential types of innovations present in the enterprises of the branch for the purpose of the definition of a place and role of each of them in the course of innovative strategic planning of the industrial enterprise development are identified. A different structure of the innovative potential which key components are labor, scientific and technical and marketing potentials is described. There are tools of an assessment of innovative potential, namely matrix of the strategic analysis of the innovative projects based on the accounting of allocated types of innovations for the purpose of their diffusion, realization and commercialization for reproduction of innovative capacity of the CSR enterprises.
