Strategic planning of socio-economic and scientific-and-technological advance of the Republic of Buryatia in the conditions of the 5th and 6th technological modes

The article deals with the problems of strategic planning and forecasting socioeconomic and scientific-and-technological advance of the Republic of Buryatia in the long run for the 2100s. We scientifically substantiates the establishment of a special Baikal status for the territory of advanced development of the federal subject of Russia in the east of the countiy for a stable and non-confrontational improvement of the quality and standard of living of the majority of active population in line with the standards of leading countries of the world. We propose the measures of institutional support for the country's strategic development based on internal accumulated potential.
