The article focuses on the tools and processes of strategic management of innovative behavior of the staff of the organization; the object of the article is the innovative behavior of the staff of the organization; the purpose of the article is to increase the efficiency of strategic management of innovative behavior of personnel of organizations, the article examines and clarifies a number of concepts, including the definition of “strategic management of innovative behavior” of personnel, investigated and supplemented the characteristics of the known types of innovative behavior at the level of organizations and individuals, describes the impact of mechanical and organic models of organization, power on the strategy of innovative behavior of personnel, methodical provisions of application of tools of strategic management by innovative behavior of personnel of the organization, the analysis of influence of procedures of hiring of personnel, personnel policy, policy of motivation on innovative behavior of personnel of the scientific organizations are defined, the technique of such analysis is offered.
