Currently, many enterprises in Russia are switching to strategic personnel management due to the need to maintain competitiveness in the market. However, there are various problems of an economic, political, social, and cultural nature that complicate the transition of enterprises to this type of management. The article discusses the prerequisites, main problems and ways to improve the transition of Russian enterprises to strategic personnel management.
