The article deals with the problems of strategic management of an enterprise in modern Russia. The authors analyzed the value of the analysis in the design and implementation of enterprise development strategies, attempted to identify and resolve problems related to strategic analysis and interpretation of its results, to try to improve strategic analysis and make it more accessible to small and medium-sized enterprises.
