The article presents an analysis of the strategy of Smeshariki LLC entering the international market. The article evaluates the competitiveness of this project using the Porter model. It assesses the company's strengths and weaknesses, develops ways to solve problems. Based on the main events of internationalization of the project, the article identifies the factors and potential for success of this company. As a result of the research, it presents the most effective strategy for the development of the project on the international market, namely, the construction of a complex multi-industry holding.
