Development strategy of informative values of students of college in pedagogical communication process

The main priority of the modern reformed Russian education belongs to the problem of the educational process quality improvement as well as the quality of education as a whole. The achievement of the qualitative level depends largely on the understanding to what degree a student is a subject of learning and on the level of his informative values system formation. The influence of the specific pedagogical strategies on students’ informative value development within the process of pedagogical communication in colleges is presented in the article. The analysis of psychological and pedagogical sources as well as accumulated experience got at college show, that the productivity of the proposed pedagogical strategies has been increased provided that the combination of “regulated” and “improvised” educational styles of pedagogical communication has been balanced. The proposed pedagogical strategies can be used by teachers of high and secondary educational establishments in the process of students’ educational values level diagnostics.
