Strategy 2035 as a special mechanism of strategic regional planning

The article is devoted to the strategy 2035 as a special tool of socio-economic planning in the region. The material for the work is the Strategy itself, which was approved by The people's Hural of the Republic of Buryatia in February this year. The strategy is a document of strategic planning of the Republic of Buryatia, developed within the framework of goal-setting, the main purpose of which is to determine the priorities and goals of socio-economic development of the Republic of Buryatia for the period up to 2035. The theoretical and methodological basis and practical proposals for the formation of a mechanism for the implementation of the strategy of socio-economic development of the region in modern conditions are developed.
