State antidrug policy strategy of the Russian Federation until 2030:characteristics, trends, shortcomings

The article deals with the analysis of the main provisions of the Strategy of the State Anti-Drug Policy of the Russian Federation until 2030, on the basis of which a multifactorial (alternative) model of counteraction to drug trafficking in Russia is formulated. The article considers strategic goals and main directions of ensuring anti-drug security. A comparative analysis of the multifactor model of counteraction to the drug situation and other models known in global practice (hardline policy model, compromise strategy model, liberal policy model, control model) is carried out. Positive trends of the current model of counteraction to the drug situation in the Russian Federation are identified as well as its shortcomings are analyzed in the article.
