Strategy as a conscious intent of a human being for continuing education

Continuing education is presented as a necessary condition for human progress. The education as a personal energy resource is proved to be a human and social important value. In the article an emphasis is made on the understanding of human beings’ constant educational relationship with each other and with the environment. On this basis, the prospects of continuing education in meaningful human aspects are defined. Education strategy is described in terms of a conscious person's intent regarding the prospects of continuing education. It is proved, that the strategy to reach personally valuable education is a complex. The main vector of this complex development is the purpose. The other elements of the compex are the abilities to use educational activities to reach the target, and intention to move towards goal. The lifelong strategy involves a combination of personal thinking about inner relations and relations with partners and a plan to realize it. The understanding of man's personal value and social relevance of education is proved to be an indispensable condition of strategy formation.
