The strategy of training future teachers to educational activity in professional educational institutions

This article examines the problem of preparation of future teachers for educational activities in a professional educational organization. Changes are needed in the preparation of future teachers for educational activities. The training should be conducted taking into account the current state of secondary vocational education (hereinafter referred to as SVE), the characteristics of educational activities and the contingent of students, the transformation of their values and personal qualities. Based on the theoretical analysis of the problem, we came to the conclusion that the modern educational environment of the university could not provide these changes - it is necessary to develop and implement a new strategy for preparing future teachers for educational activities as a conceptual plan of action in the long term. In our study, the pedagogical strategy would be presented at two levels: theoretical - the development of a concept containing methodology, patterns and principles, and practical - the development and implementation of a system for preparing future teachers for educational activities in a professional educational organization (hereinafter - PEO), including the system and social-pedagogical conditions.
