Strategy for spatial development of the city of Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad region within the framework of natural and recreational potential

The article presents the results of the analysis of the territory, the problems and potential are indicated. Based on the results of the study, principles are given for the formation of a theoretical and practical model of the spatial development of Vsevolozhsk with an emphasis on enhancing the role of natural and recreational potential. The theoretical model of city development is a system of layers based on the identified principles of development. The development strategy of Vsevolozhsk includes three priority areas: transport, social and natural and recreational. Various options for the directions of formation of the natural-ecological framework are proposed.
