Strategy of restructuring of the enterprises - theoretical aspect

The economic thought in the countries with the developed market economy in the sphere of restructuring of the enterprises is considered. Views of certain scientists, businessmen and the possible directions of use of their experience are studied. Process of restructuring of the enterprises of the Republic of Buryatia, the arisen difficulties and obstacles is analysed. Positive experience in the region on it a thorny road is given. The characteristic of the main two models of restructuring of the enterprises is given: conservative and active. The directions and methods of restructuring of the enterprises are offered.
